Scout medical forms - You should be receiving two emails from the National Jamboree Council.
The 1st email is your son's specific medical form that should already have his name written into the pdf document.
The 2nd email contains the password for opening the document.
This exact form must be used for the jamboree and it needs to be filled out and signed by a qualified physician before the end of January. It has a barcode that is attached to your son's profile for the
You will need to provide two copies of the medical form.
Please, please, please do not wait until the end of January to start working on your medical forms. We invite you to begin now in scheduling your son's physical appts and take care of this need before the end of the year. You may wonder why so early? The truth is that our troop medical records must be turned in by mid-February and we will need a couple of weeks prior to that time to make sure we have everything organized.
If you have not received one or both of the emails, please first check your SPAM catcher mailbox. If they are not there then go to the Jamboree website and request the emails to be resent.

Jamboree Shakedown Dates are June 11-13, 2010.
This is a mandatory (3 day / 2 night) camp-out in which we will be camping together as a troop. Think of it as a practice run before we go to the jamboree to make sure that all of our gear is in working order, and our troops and patrols are organized, assignments are understood and fun is ready to be had. You must attend this camp-out in order to participate in the jamboree, so parents please mark your family calendars now. More details are forthcoming as we approach these dates.
